‘8 on the Point Chinese’ is a lifestyle and cultural destination for fashion, art and music. A prestigious waterfront location uniquely overlooking the Swan River in East Perth which sits within the immediate vicinity of Perth CBD and the Crown Casino.
Vision Fire was contracted to work at this prestige waterfront hospitality hub. The works involve the fitout of the following areas in a commercial building to suit the requirement of the respective areas and tenancies.

- 8 On The Point (Restaurant)
- Wharf On The Point (Cafe)
- Lycra Coffee Bar (Cafe)
The fit out was completed in 2017 and took Vision Fire just over one year to complete.
